I live in the Santa Cruz Mountains in Boulder Creek, CA where I run a small day spa and tea room Called Luminescence Day Spa and Tea Room. I am currently setting up a permaculture farm, Fieldhouse Farm in the rainforest located in Puna on the Big Island, Hawaii. I will plan to offer future health retreats.  I am also certified massage therapist, practicing Lomi and healing with Light and plants.

I was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts.  I love the ocean, the mountains, the forest, the desert, the rainforest, animals, writing, wine, music, travel and yoga.
