This weekend I will be heading to Pt. Lobos to go diving and see the underwater side of the beautiful California natural preserve in Carmel.   I'm hoping a wet suite will be warm enough. After  my cleansing diet, I've lost a big portion of my fat reserves :-)  which i think was helping to keep me warm.  I was never cold diving in Monterey for my first few dives.  The last dive, I was fairly cold, but it may just be the difference of doing boat dives and being exposed to wind before jumping in the water.  It's a beautful sunny day here in Sunnyvale
